A Relaxing Swedish massage is a destressing, and tension-reducing type of massage. This style of massage uses lotions and oils, with specialties including sugar scrubs, hot stone therapy, and facial therapy at an additional price.

The benefits of a Relaxing Swedish include relief of aches in the body, increase in blood circulation, reduces tension, and brings a sense of relaxation of the body.

Prenatal Massage is a massage for pregnant women exclusively. During a pregnancy, the body goes through many physical and emotional changes. A massage that meant for the changes of a woman's body, keeping in mind the joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, difficulty in breathing and moving.

The Prenatal Massage addresses all of the above, including emotional relaxation, and relief of the lower extremities.

Deep Tissue Massage is a massage aiming to relieve tension and adhesions deep within the muscles. This work is most beneficial for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. This massage is different from the Relaxing Swedish, where one must have clear communication, awareness, and limitations addressed before the work begins.  

After receiving a Deep Tissue Massage it is very important to drink additional amouts of water, and good rest.
